West ham And Arsenal Club Changes

Manuel Pellegrini has been appointed as the new west ham united manager after agreeing to a deal worth 10million pounds a year with the clubs chairman David Sullivan on Monday May 21.  It is understood that Manuel will be given full privileges for transfers. It is said that west ham had approached Rafael Benitez but the Spaniard had committed to Newcastle.

Pellegrini, 64years will join west ham from the Chinese club Hebei fortune, joining players like Javier Hernandez, with previous premier league experience after leading Manchester city to the title in 2014.

Elsewhere arsenal is on the brink of confirming Unai Emery as their new manager. The 46 year old coach on Tuesday 22   updated his official website saying “proud to be part of the Arsenal family”. Arteta was believed to be the one to take charge of the club. However, the signs on Monday May 21 were that Emery the former PSG and Sevilla manager was set to take over the club. It is believed that his experience was what convinced Ivan Gazidis, the arsenal chief, of the appointment. Emery left PSG at the end of this campaign after a two year period where he won the League 1 title and four domestic cups, having led Sevilla to three successive Europa league trophies before.

His appointment will prove a challenge on the part that he is not fluent in English but his experience gives him a notch over Mikel arteta who is currently working with pep Guardiola at Manchester City. The manager is expected to have 50million pounds when he is confirmed for his budget.
