Workers Promised 5% Minimum Wage Increment

The president said that the trade unions should help the government in solving challenges facing workers instead of being on the forefront blaming the government and calling for strikes, saying it will not benefit kenyans or help in national growth.

On the other hand the Orange Democratic Movement party leader Raila Odinga differed with the increment in salary saying it will be in vain if the cost of living is still high.
