A caretaker committee chaired by Linda Kiome has taken over operations at the Law Society of Kenya following the ouster of Nelson Havi.
This follows the failure of Havi to convene an Annual General Meeting within twenty-one days as directed by the High Court.
The caretaker committee is now expected to run the affairs of the organization until new officials are elected.
